the mayton transfer lofts project

The 100,000 square-foot Mayton Transfer Lofts project is being developed by Dave McCormack, of Waukeshaw Development, Inc, and Tony Collins, of Axis Development, Inc. The building was purchased from the T.W. Mayton Transfer Company in 2005 and is being converted, in two stages, into 111 market rate loft apartments.
